These are the terms on which PlanSieve Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC228311; registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; trading as PlanSieve, "we") makes this website available. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only; use of the PlanSieve platform itself is governed by the agreement a customer signs, not by this page.
1. What the content is
The pages here describe the platform, how it is built and what we have measured. We work to keep them accurate and current, and every number on the site names what it measures and where it was measured. Even so, the content is information about a product, not a specification, a quotation or an offer; a customer agreement is the only document that binds us to what the platform will do for a particular customer.
2. No warranty
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
3. The name, the mark and the content
"PlanSieve", the mark, the tagline and the design of this site are ours. The text, the product frames and the other content are ours too, or used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference and for evaluating the platform, with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, present our content as your own, use the name or the mark to suggest an endorsement we have not given, or use automated means to collect content at a rate that burdens the site.
4. Linking to us
Link to any page freely, in a way that is fair and does not imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. Do not frame our pages inside another site, and do not use our mark as the link without asking.
5. Links to others
Where the site links to other websites, such as our social profiles, the providers named on the sub-processors page, references, those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.
6. Using the forms
When you send a request through the site, give a working address you are entitled to use and keep the content lawful and relevant. We may decline or not answer a request at our discretion. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy notice.
